On 1 October 2018, the Heavy Vehicle National Law (HVNL) was amended to require every party in the heavy vehicle transport supply chain to have a duty to ensure the safety of their transport activities.

New Primary Duty Penalties up to $500k, 5 yrs. imprisonment for individual and $3mil. corporation

This course is for anyone involved in the heavy vehicle supply chain, transport and logistics managers, heavy vehicle drivers and operators, logistics staff involved in load preparation, loading and unloading of heavy vehicles, transfer station/depot/warehouse receiving staff, and transport contractors.
